Shipping
Delivery is made through one of the courier companies with which we have a contract (Urgent Cargus, DPD, Sameday Curier, Nemo Express), by Romanian Post or by personal delivery if you can pick up the product from our location.
By courier, the transport company is chosen by us (from the companies specified above), choosing for your location the urgent pick-up / delivery time, as well as the lowest costs, so that you can receive as soon as possible and without extra costs.
The method of delivery with verification is available only for delivery by courier, limited to some areas by the carrier.
We currently do not accept delivery with couriers other than those with which we have a contract (Urgent Cargus, DPD, Sameday Curier, Nemo Express)
We currently do not accept delivery abroad.
The average delivery time is: max 48 working hours by courier in urban areas, max 72 working hours in rural areas, between 7-14 working days by Romanian Post.
Payment
Payment can be made in 2 ways: upon delivery when you receive your parcel, or in advance in the account number you receive when ordering online. Delivery costs for prepayments are lower because postpaid commissions (Posta Romana or courier companies) are no longer charged.
Paying a cash on delivery is the payment you make to the delivery operator at the time of receipt of the package.

Complete the return form to fix the problem. Be as concrete as you detail.
If you received the product broken by courier, you can refuse payment at checkout delivery and then the parcel will be returned. Unfortunately, we can not take responsibility for the delivery conditions and there are cases when the parcels get damaged on the recipient.
