Delivery of orders
The method and conditions of delivery differ depending on the seller (individual or legal person), the total value of the order, the coverage area of the one who delivers, the location where the delivery is made and the weight of the package.
In general, orders placed and confirmed between Monday - Thursday until 4:00 p.m. are delivered within 24 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed on Friday after 16:00, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Exceptions regarding the delivery term are communicated to customers by phone or e-mail by the Seller (individual or legal person). Orders can only be delivered within Romania and not abroad.
Confirmation of the acceptance of the delivery costs is made by the customer and the Seller (individual or legal person), by e-mail and/or by telephone, regardless of the value of the order, or upon acceptance of the package upon delivery. Payment by the sender is made only in the case of orders with large values accepted by him by confirmation, otherwise it is made only by the customer upon receipt of the package.
Delivery of orders in general

- payment method by bank transfer to any of the available delivery methods, the transport payment is paid upon delivery in the case of the courier or the Romanian Post.
- cash on delivery payment method directly to any of the delivery methods (courier or Romanian Post).
Delivery of orders on the territory of Romania, to an address other than that of the seller (individual or legal person)

Delivery time
The estimated delivery time is 1-2 working days from order confirmation for the courier and 3-7 days for shipments by Romanian Post.
After sending the package, the delivery time depends exclusively on the carrier and Trade Cluj or the Seller (individual or legal person) cannot be held responsible for delays or extra costs due to the coverage area of the carrier.
Postal service prices
Through the Romanian Post, prices start from 15.00 lei, up to 5 kg, any fraction of the unit of measure is rounded.
By courier, prices start from 27.99 lei, up to 5 kg, any fraction of the unit of measure is rounded.
Processing orders during the holidays
During the Easter holidays, the winter holidays, the Black Friday event, the processing of an order and its delivery can take between 7-10 working days depending on the seller (individual or legal person) and the transport operator (post or courier).
